Ausgangspunkt Traunkirchen, über die B 145 unter Nutzung der alten Straße bis nach Ebensee am Radweg, gleich nach der Brücke links über den kleinen Weg die B 145 verlassen. Weiter Richtung Rinbach vorbei am Wirtshaus Rindbachmühle über die Brücke und dann entlang der Forststraße bis zum Rindbach Wasserfall. Im Hochsommer lädt der Wasserfall zum abkühlen ein. Dann weiter auf der Forststraße sehr steil bis auf ca. 720 Meter vorbei am Einstieg zu den Gassel Tropfsteinhöhlen. (Bei Interesse, Juni, Juli, August und September an FR, SA, SO und Feiertagen ist die Hütte am Gasslkogel geöffnet und die Höhle kann besichtigt werden, ca. 1,5 Stunden Fußmarsch ca. 550 Höhenmeter bis zur Hütte - sehr empfehlenswert). Abzweigung nach Norden (nicht Richtung Grünau Almtal weiterfahren) über eine Brücke und dann nochmalssehr steiler Anstieg bis zur Farrenaustube (Hochalm) und zum Abstieg Richtung Offensee. Man verläßt hier die Forststraße und es geht ca. 200 HM sehr steil bergab. Nur bei sehr trockenen Verhältnissen kann sieses Stück ohne Absteigen bewältigt werden . Dann entlang der Forststraße hinunter bis zum Offensee. Eine Umrundung im Uhrzeigersinn empfhielt sich. Einkehrmöglickeit beim Traunseewirt Zum Jagtschloß Offensee. Entlang der sehr gut ausgebauten Straße bis nach Ebensee Lahnstein über die Bundesstraße und Bahn und dann entlang der alten Bundesstraße zurück ins Zentrum Ebensee und entland der schon bekannten Strecke bis zurück nach Traunkirchen. Tipp zur Einkehr: Restaurant zum Jagdschloß am Offensee

Starting point Traun churches, on the B 145 using the old road to Ebensee on the bike path, just after the bridge over the small road left the B145 exit. Next direction Rinbach past the inn Rindbach mill over the bridge and then along the forest road to the Rindbach waterfall. In high summer the waterfall invites you to cool down. Then continue on the forest road steeply up to about 720 meters past the entrance to the caves Gassel. (If interested, June, July, August and September to Fri, Sat, Sun and public holidays, the hut is open on Gasslkogel and the cave can be visited, about 1.5 hours walk about 550 meters to the hut - highly recommended) . North turn (not direction Grunau Almtal continue) over a bridge and then another very steep climb up to the Farrenaustube (alp) and the descent direction Offensee. You leave here the forest road and it is about 200 HM very steep downhill. Only in very dry conditions can sieses piece without getting to be managed. Then along the forest road down to the Offensee. Along the very good roads to Ebensee Lahnstein on the main road and rail and then along the old road back to the center of Ebensee and desedimentation the already known route to back to Traun churches.
