A Aticiclo (www.aticiclo.com.br) é uma associação ciclistica da cidade de Atibaia-SP. Por diversos anos ela realizou passeios de mountain bike com uma infraestrutura de apoio bem grande e organizada: o biker recebia uma camiseta do passeio e tinha a disposição pickup com água e frutas a vontade, almoço no meio do percurso, microônibus + caminhão para levar bikes e bikers com menos preparo físico durante o trajeto. Chegando ao destino, um belo churrasco de confraternização era preparado e por último ônibus para volta ao ponto de partida era disponibilizado. Geralmente no primeiro semestre era feito o passeio Atibaia -> Monte Verde e no segundo semestre, Monte Verde -> Atibaia ou São Francisco Xavier -> Atibaia. Devido a popularização destes pedais da Aticiclo, chegaram a ter mais de 100 participantes algumas vezes. Entretanto desde 2009 não são mais realizados. Infelizmente, quem sabe um dia voltem !!!!!!Este pedal que fiz foi um dos últimos, saimos de Atibaia e passamos pelo bairro de Canedos para depois chegar a cidade de Piracaia e visitar o cruzeiro. Logo depois um razoável trecho de asfalto e a chegada em Joanópolis para aquela macarronada experta. Saindo de Joanópolis, o trecho era terra até 2008 e tive a oportunidade de passar por lá a primeira vez que andei com a Aticiclo. Era um espetáculo esta parte, muito bonito porém em 2009 foi asfaltado para facilitar o acesso dos veículos à Cachoeira dos Pretos. Fazer o que não ???? Logo depois caimos na terra novamente para enfrentar as maiores subidas do percurso, cerca de 30 km subindo até chegar em Monte Verde, distrito da cidade de Camanducaia-MG e acumular quase 1800 m de ascenção.
Monte Verde é uma mini Campos do Jordão, diversas pousadas estilo europeu e temperaturas bem baixas no inverno (-10C), geadas que formam uma linda paisagem entre os morros, montanhas, o verde, as cachoeiras, as fumaças das chaminés de lareiras .... bem bacana e recomendada.A padaria Casa do Pão (em frente ao campo de futebol) tem a melhor broa de milho de Monte Verde e do universo !!!!!

Filmography Monte Verde is a mini Campos do Jordao, several inns European and very low temperatures in winter (-10C), frost that form a beautiful landscape between the hills, mountains, green, waterfalls, the smoke from the chimneys of fireplaces .... very good and recomendada.A bakery House of Bread (opposite the football field) has the best Monte Verde cornbread and the universe !!!!!
