Leichte Runde von Startpunkt S-Bahnhof Duisburg Buchholz. Es geht los mit einer Umrundung der Sechs-Seen-Platte. Dann über MH-Selbeck Richtung Essen-Kettwig und zurück über Hösel und Ratingen-Lintorf. Alle Wege gut fahrbar, auch für Trecking-Bikes geeignet. (bis auf einen kurzen Trail am Anfang der Tour) Schöne Trainingsstrecke für den Feierabend. Gut mit Tempo zu fahren.

Easy round of Duisburg Buchholz starting point S-train station. It starts with a circuit around the Six Lakes area. Then on MH-Selbeck direction Kettwig and back on Hoesel and Ratingen-Lintorf. All roads driveable, also for trekking bikes suitable. (Except for a short trail at the beginning of the tour) Beautiful workout for the evening celebration. Good to go with pace.
