Schöne Tour mit allem was man beim Mountenbiken sucht. Ganz egal ob als sportliche Tour gefahren oder als Ausflugsfahrt mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Einkehren. Los geht es in Hasloch am Main auf dem Schlangenweg Richtung Röttbach. Am Berg angekommen geht es gleich wieder nach unten zur Fechermühle. Auf einem kurzen Teerstück vorbei an der Nickelsmühle und wieder auf einem Waldweg hoch nach Michelrieth. Nun geht es die nächsten ca. 5 km auf einem Schotterweg bis zum Wachengrund. Jetzt geht es im fürstlich Löwensteinischen Park steil bergauf zur Karlshöhe. (Einkehrmöglichkeit) Weiter auf einem schönen Wurzeltrail und dann rechter Hand bergab ins Hafenlohrtal. Nun ist es ca. 2km recht flach bevor es ab Einsiedel steil bergauf bis zur nächsten Rastmöglichkeit, dem Forsthaus Aurora geht.(Achtung nur Sonntags geöffnet) Auf dem Berg weiter mit kleinen Bergauf und Bergabpassagen zu einem der meiner Meinung nach schönsten Trails in diesem Gebiet bis Lichtenau. Hier bietet die Gaststätte im Hochspessart oder der "Hohe Knuck" die nächste Einkehrmöglichkeit. Auf einem breiten Schotterweg geht es nun stetig bergauf bis kurz vorm Neubau einer der höchsten Punkte der Tour erreicht ist. Die Trailabfahrt zum Sylvan (Rastmöglichkeit) lässt den Puls für kurze Zeit etwas sinken bevor es hoch zum Torhaus Aurora geht. Ab hier kann man ca. 5km bergab auf eine Schotterweg bis zur Schleifmühle (Einkehrmöglichkeit) verschnaufen. Nun eine kurze Bergaufpassage zum Baumgartshof, weiter bergab zur Zwieselsmühle und dann auf einem steilen Weg (12-14%) ca. 2 km hoch nach Schollbrunn. Vorbei am Waldspielplatz auf einem kurzen Trail zur Kartause Grünau die zu einer kurzen Erfrischung einläd. Mit ca. 70km und 1800HM geht es den letzten Anstieg auf den Hasselberg und zum ausrollen auf der Straße nach Hasloch zurück zum Startpunkt. Die Strecke bietet viele Abkürzungsmöglichkeiten, jedoch aber auch für sportlich ambitionierte Fahrer die Möglichkeit noch einige Umwege anzuhängen. Wünsche euch viel Spass Gruß Kai

Nice tour with everything you look for when mountain biking. Whether driven as a sporting tour or excursion with many opportunities to stop by. It starts in Hasloch am Main on the serpentine direction Röttbach. Hillside arrived it goes right back down to Fechermühle. On a short asphalt stretch past the nickel mill and again on a forest path after high Michelrieth. Now it's the next 5 km on a gravel road to the station ground. Now it's in the princely Löwensteinischen Park steeply uphill to Karlshöhe. (Refreshments available) next to a beautiful root Trail and then right hand downhill into Hafenlohrtal. Now it is about 2km quite flat before it steeply goes from Einsiedel uphill to the next stopover on the way, the forester's house Aurora. (Warning only open on Sundays) On the mountain continued with small uphill and downhill sections to one of the in my opinion the most beautiful trails in this area to Lichtenau. Here, the restaurant in the High Spessart , or " Knuck High " the next Refreshments. On a wide dirt road it is now steadily uphill until just before the new one of the highest points of the tour is reached. The trail descent to Sylvan (stopover on the way) allows the pulse for a short time fall somewhat before it goes up to the gatehouse Aurora. From here you can catch on a dirt road to the grinding mill (refreshments available) about 5km downhill. Here is a short uphill section to Baumgartshof, continue downhill to Zwieselmühle and then up a steep path (12-14%) about 2 km up to Schollbrunn. Past the forest playground inviting you on a short trail to the Charterhouse Grunau a short break for refreshments. With about 70km and 1800HM it's the last climb on the mountain Hassel and roll out on the road to Hasloch back to the starting point. The course provides many opportunities abbreviation, however, but still the possibility to attach some detours for drivers with sporting ambitions. Wish you lots of fun greeting Kai
