Einfacher Rundkurs überwiegend auf breiten Schotterwegen und kaum befahrenen Teerstraßen. Von Hasloch aus geht es auf dem Schlangenweg in Richtung Röttbach. Oben angekommen links abbiegen, vorbei am Steinbruch und einer Hütte mit einem kleinen Weiher nach Michelrieth. Nun auf dem Kirchweg richtung Glasofen, auf halber Strecke den Weg verlassen und die B8 queren. Oberhalb von Glasofen und Marienbrunn kann man eine schöne Aussicht genießen. Bei Hafenlohr links abbiegen und auf einer kam befahrenen Teerstraße nach Windheim fahren. Ab Windheim auf einem Schotterweg bis zum Wachengrund und weiter auf einem Teerweg nach Steinmark. In Esselbach rechts zur BMX-Bahn abbiegen und weiter zum Baumgartshof. Nun geht auf einem Schotterweg abwärts zum Mühlental. Vorbei an den Mühlen, welche sich auch gut für eine Rast eignen, zur Markuskapelle. Ab der Markuskapelle sind wir auf der Straße zum Ausgangspunkt in Hasloch gefahren.

Simple circular route mostly on wide gravel roads and bitumen roads rarely traveled. From Hasloch it goes on the Schlangenweg towards Röttbach. Once at the top turn left, past the quarry and a hut with a small pond after Michelrieth. Now on the church road directional glass oven, leave halfway the path and cross the B8. Above the glass furnace and Marienbrunn you can enjoy a beautiful view. In Hafenlohr turn left and drive traffic came to a tarred road to Windsheim. From Windsheim on a gravel road to the base station and continue on a tarmac path to Stein Marks. In Esselbach right to the BMX track and turn on to Baumgartshof. Now go on a dirt road down to the Mills. Past the mills, which are also ideal for a detent, for Markuskapelle. From St. Mark's Chapel, we went on the road to the starting point in Hasloch.
