Breve percorso intorno all'altopiano di Montelago. Si sale sulla cima del Monte Sardigliano (1117 m.) e con il bel sentiero che taglia la Costa della Tana e i Poggi si sale fino alla sella posta sotto Montigno a quota 1260 m. Si percorre tutta la panoramica Costa di Campalto e con la tecnica discesa per il fosso dell'Afro si ritorna a S.Erasmo.

Short route around the plateau of Montelago. You climb on top of Mount Sardigliano (1117 m.) And with the beautiful path that cuts through the Coast Tana Poggi and climb up to the saddle placed under Montigno to 1260m. It runs along the scenic coast of Campalto and with the technique down to the ditch dell'Afro returns to S.Erasmo.
