Breve percorso che si svolge intorno all'altopiano di Montelago. I luoghi cruciali del giro sono la cima del Monte Sardigliano (1117 m.), il bel sentiero, tutto nel bosco, che taglia la Costa della Tana e I Poggi fino alla sella con Montigno (1101 m.) e la tecnica discesa per il fosso dell'Afro fino a Selvazzano.
