Itinerario di grande spessore tecnico che raggruppa le tre discese più cult dell'Appennino Perduto. La lunga salita alle "Pianelle di Meschia" seguita dalla difficile discesa nel Fosso di Piandelloro, la risalita ad Agore passando dal borgo fantasma di Rocchetta...ed il famigerato trail per il Poggio, l'ultima fatica nello splendiodo castagneto per Cocoscia con conseguente discesa al cardiopalmo....tutto ciò forma una straordinaria traccia che sintetizza le principali meraviglie dell'Appenino Perduto.
