FANTASTICO! ...una sintesi potrebbe essere questa per un giro che in circa 46Km da tutto: panorama, salita single track e NUOVI sentieri. Quando i due top tracker della zona, Fiore e Malva uniscono le forze sfornano questo top giro con la scoperta di nuovi tratti: "lu fossu de Vallupo" e il "Fiore super Track" allungato di oltre 600m!
La partenza è da Foligno, porta Romana, dopo un breve tratto in asfalto si prende lo sterrato a S.Eraclio e si sale verso Manciano. Si entra subito nel bosco e da qui si sale fino a Monte Maggio. Prima di arrivare in vetta pendenze impegnative, ma sono il prezzo per il panorama e per la bellezza del sentiero che si troverà in cima. Si prosegue sempre in salita verso i prati delle Brunette e da qui inizia un susseguirsi di discesa, falsi piani e brevi strappi che per circa 25Km riporteranno a Foligno. Se fatta tutto di un fiato vi sembrerà tutta discesa, infinita e lunghissima. Dopo i prati e un tratto strepitoso nel bosco si entra ne "lu fossu de Vallupo" dove un single track NUOVISSIMO collega i prati a Vallupo. Anche questo fatto a tutto foco è una scarica adrenalinica non da poco... Da Vallupo ancora in single track si ritorna nei pressi di Ponze e da qui ai piedi di Cupoli... ancora sentieri e bosco per tornare alla strada asfalta che collega Roviglieto a Cancelli. La breve pausa di asfalto fa riprendere un pò il fiato per poi rapidamente rituffarsi nel bosco più fitto in single track INFINITO... serviranno GPS ben precisi poiché le tracce sul terreno sono davvero scarse! Si arriva all'ingresso del "Fiore Super Track" sotto Roviglieto sentiero storico della zona e ora con variante finale ciliegina su una torta già abbondantemente farcita! Al termine del single track sembrerà di aver terminato il giro, ma il mitico Fiore ha sempre un coniglio nel suo cilindro senza fondo e il dislivello che separa Cancellara a Foligno lo spalma ancora su una discesa tra gli olivi che sembra non finire mai...
Dopo esattamente 4 ore siamo rientrati a Foligno, dopo aver pedalato senza sosta ( a parte una foratura iniziale) come bere una bibita ghiacciata in agosto... può dare congestione, grande soddisfazione o entrambe!

FANTASTIC! A summary ... this could be for a ride that in about 46Km from everything: landscape, uphill single track trails and NEW. When the two top tracker of the zone, and Mallow Flower join forces churn out this lap top with the discovery of new sections: "lu de Fossu Vallupo" and "super flower Track" stretched over 600m!
The departure from Foligno, Porta Romana, after a short stretch of asphalt you take the dirt road to S.Eraclio and climb towards Manciano. It goes right into the woods and from here you climb up to Monte Maggio. Before arriving at the summit challenging slopes, but they are the price for the scenery and the beauty of the trail is at the top. Keep going up the hill towards the meadows of Brunette and from here begins a series of drop, false floors and short tears for about 25Km will report to Foligno. If done all in one breath will seem all downhill, long and endless. After the meadows and a dazzling stretch in the woods you enter it "lu de Fossu Vallupo" where a single track BRAND NEW connecting the fields in Vallupo. Even this fact to the whole fire is not just a rush of adrenaline ... From Vallupo still single track returns near Ponze and here at the foot of Cupoli still ... trails and woods to return to the paved road that connects Roviglieto to Gates. The short break of asphalt does shoot a little breath and then quickly dive back into the forest single track in the thickest INFINITE ... will serve as the precise GPS traces on the ground are very scarce! We arrive at the entrance of the "Flower Super Track" under Roviglieto historical trail in the area and now with variant final icing on a cake already abundantly stuffed! At the end of the single track seem to have finished the tour, but the legendary Flower always has a rabbit in his bottomless cylinder and the gap that separates Cancellara still in Foligno smears it on a descent through the olive groves that never seems to end ...
After exactly four hours we returned to Foligno, after having cycled non-stop (except for a first hole) like drinking an iced drink in August ... can give congestion, great satisfaction, or both!
