salita: in funivia del Bernina
discesa: diretti verso il lago Palù si costeggia il lago e si prende il sentiero sulla destra dopo aver passato una casa. il sentiero parte largo e veloce x poi rendersi sempre più tecnico e stretto con sassi.a meta incontrate delle case ci girate attorno e poi di nuovo su sentiero. vi porterà a una piana con un gruppo di case. da qui discesa su asfalto fino san giuseppe e dopo un lungo rettilineo si trova il sentiero a destra che porta al fiume incrociata la sterrata trovate un ponte con porta da chiudere bene come da cartello. e dopo 150m a spinta inizia un lungo traverso reso da poco pedalabile al 100% che vi porta a primolo state sempre alti perché ci sono due deviazioni verso valle che vi portano a chiesa tramite la strada della cava. prima di arrivare a primolo rapito dai profumi di salamella e polenta mi sono fermato allo chalet.... ripartito più pesante x andare più forte ho attraversato l' abitato e dopo una fontanella sulla destra a sinistra si allarga la strada e inizia il free ride del cimitero sentiero largo tecnico e veloce (secondo me molto bello) che vi porta a Chiesa in Valmalenco con qualche taglio tra le case tornate alla funivia. buon giro funivia al bernina chiesa in valmalenco

: Palu is headed to the lake along the lake and take the path on the right after passing a house.
