Von Iphofen geht es auf Weinbergswegen nach Castell und dann hoch zum Friedrichsberg. Wer will kann bei guter Kondition direkt über den Schwanberg zum Friedrichsberg fahren. Dann sind es ca. 200 hm mehr und aus der 3 Berge wird die 4 Berge Tour. Vom Friedrichsberg geht es über Prühl über den Schwarzenberg nach Scheinfeld. Dort kann man eine Pause einlegen und z.B. in der Eisdiele schlemmen. Über Markt Bibart gelangen wir auf einen Kamm, der in stetigem Auf und Ab am Iffigheimer Berg, Hohen Landsberg und Scheinberg vorbei am Frankenberg mündet. Über die Straße gelangen wir nach Nenzenheim und Mönchsondheim. Ab dort geht es durch ein Mühlental bis kurz vor Iphofen....
