Bei Tegernheim auf dem Donauradweg bis Donaustauf, unter der Walhalla vorbei in den fürstlich Sauforst durchs Gatter weiter Ri. Frauenzell, kurz davor eine Schleife und über den höchster Punkt 657m wieder durch den Forst zurück zur Hammermühle und diesmal hinter der Walhalla vorbei Ri. Fernsehturm Keilberg.
In Tegernheim on the Danube cycle path to Donaustauf, under the Walhalla past in the princely Sauforst through the gate continue Ri.
