inizia dal piazzale di cdr e si prosegue per case morara, poi si va verso monte la fine, poi verso i prati piani, poi a S.andrea e poi castiglioncelli. da S.Andrea a castiglioncelli il sentiero è molto esposto e in alcuni punti ci sono le corde a modi ferrata, però è fattibile tutto con una bici da AM o con una XC con un po' di attenzione....

starts from the square of cdr and continue to morara homes, then you go to the upstream end, then to the meadows plans, then S.andrea and then Castiglioncelli. by St. Andrew in Castiglioncelli the trail is very exposed and in some places there are ways to climbing the ropes, but it's all doable with a bike with an AM or XC with a little 'attention ....
