Die Tour startet am Bahnhof in Wetzlar und führt auf Wander- und Radwegen nach Friedberg (Hessen). Der Zustand der Wanderwege ist stellenweise recht ruppig, verwachsen oder durch die Forstverwaltung wieder mal zu Klump gefahren. Sind aber viele Trailabschnitte dabei. Zunächst gilt es sich durch das Verkehrsgewimmel in Wetzlar zu manövrieren und dann den sehr steilen Anstieg zu einer kleinen Burgruine zu meistern. Ab hier folgt die Route dem Wanderweg, der mit einem schwarzen Dreieck markiert ist in Richtung Braunfels. Vor Braunfels wird das Wanderzeichen gewechselt auf ein rotes Dreieck. Diesem Wegezeichen bleibt die Route treu bis nach Oberkleen. Hier wird der Radweg nach Cleeberg als Verbindung zu einem tollen Weg hinauf zum Butzbacher Hausberg genutzt. Vom Hausberg geht es dann über Wiesenthal und Langenhain ins Usatal. Friedberg ist dann schnell erreicht. Eine landschaftlich sehr reizvolle Tour, die mir viel Spaß gemacht hat. Der hinterlegte Track enthält sowohl den Planungstrack als auch den aufgezeichneten Track!
