Von Oberstenfeld durch den Wald nach Prevorst un weiter nach Jux. In Jux steil bergab auf einem engen Fußweg nach Spiegelberg. Ein Stück der Straße richtung Prevorst folgen und dann rechts die Roßstaig hoch (Ausgeschilderte MTB-Tour Nr.5-Räuberweg) Dieser Beschilderung bis Prevorst folgen. In Prevorst am Sportplatz vorbei und dann steil rechts abfahren. Durch den Wald hinunter nach Gronau und zurück nach Oberstenfeld.

From Supreme field through the forest to Prevorst un further Jux. In Jux steep downhill on a narrow footpath to Spiegelberg. Follow a piece of road direction Prevorst and then the Roßstaig high (signposted MTB-Tour No. 5 Räuberweg) turn right and follow signs to This Prevorst. In Prevorst past the sports ground and then depart sharply right. Through the forest and down to Gronau and back to Supreme box.
