Nette Runde von Rostock über Bad Doberan zur Ostee und dann entlang der Ostsee-Küste bis Warnemünde und zurück bis zur Innenstadt Rostock. Man sollte es kaum glauben, aber es gibt auch an der Ostsee-Küste Hügellagen. Und so kommen bei dieser Tour ca. 350Hm zusammen und es gibt im mittleren Abschnitt im Wald gelegen schöne Waldwege mit Ansätzen für spannende Single-Trails (siehe auch das Höhenprofil unten). Von der reinen Strecke und Fahrtzeit her ist die Tour nicht zu unterschätzen, weil sie sich gerade am Ende schon noch zieht, aber wir werden mit einem echt schönem Finish über die Uferpromenade in Warnemünde mit dem berühmten Leuchtturm fürstlich belohnt. Die Strecke entlang an der Küste führt teilweise über einen schmalen Weg an der Steilküste. Schon sehenswert, manchmal aber auch windig, sprich mit Gegenwind, wenn der Wind ungünstig steht. Dann heißt es die Zähne zusammenbeißen, weil ein anderes Zurück gibt es nicht. In Warnemünde angekommen gibt es aber ein prima Rahmenprogramm. Dort warten nämlich Eisdielen und ein schöner zu neudeutsch "Beach" mit Palmen und einem musikbeschallten "Chill-Dich-Aus" Strand. Echt nett und erstklassig für eine kleine Verschnaufpause. Der Rückweg entlang der alten Dockanlagen könnte besser sein, aber es geht dann ja schließlich zurück in die Innenstadt von Rostock. Viel Spaß

Cute round of Rostock on the Baltic Sea Bad Doberan and then along the Baltic coast to Warnemünde and Rostock back to downtown. One would hardly believe it, but there are also on the Baltic coast hilly areas. So come on this tour together about 350Hm and are in the middle section of the forest located beautiful forest trails with the approaches to exciting single trails (see also the elevation profile below). The route along the coast leads partly through a narrow path on the cliffs. Worth seeing, but sometimes windy, talk with head wind when the wind is unfavorable.
