Landschaftliche wunderbare Tour mit knackigen Anstiegen rund um Kipfenberg! Startplatz ist der Parkplatz am Schloß Arnsberg hoch über dem Altmühltal auf 507m. Vom Parkplatz auf den Forstweg in nordöstlicher Richtung, immer links halten und den Weg bergab folgen. An der Weggabelung den Weg geradeaus bergauf benutzen und diesem ibs nach Böhming folgen. Die Hauptstraße überqueren (Einkehrmöglichkeit Römerkastell). Die Altmühlbrücke überqueren, dann links und kurz danach dem Weg beim Kreuz bergauf folgen. Der Weg wurde von den Drachenfliegern als Anfahrt zu ihrem Startplatz benutzt, die Rampe stand auf dem exponierten Felsen, der vom Tal gut zu sehen ist. Im Wald beim Wegedreieck rechts bergauf, dann links bis zum Aussichtspunkt, wieder zurück auf den Weg und diesem bis zum Limesturm folgen. Schöner Downhill, leider teilweise asphaltiert. In der Ortsmitte von Kipfenberg der Fahrstraße nach rechts folgen, bis links zwischen den Häuser eine Fahrstraße zum geografischen Mittelpunkt Bayerns und zur Burg Kipfenberg abzweigt. Dort hochfahren, der Asphaltstraße folgen und gleich rechts der Burg und Museum den ersten Waldweg (am Baum) vorbei bergauf und dann weiter am Hang folgen. Man mündet an einem Weg und folgt diesem bergauf, bis zum Schotterweg und Fahrstraße. Gleich gegenüber in den Trail einfahren und diesem am Hang führend folgen. Man mündet an einem Schotterweg, diesem bergauf folgen, bis zu einem Forstweg folgen. Dort rechts fahren, diesem olgen, die Fahrstraße nach kurzer Strecke überqueren und weiter dem Forstweg folgen. An der Forstweggabelung nach links, dann an der Asphaltstraße angekommen nach links kurz bergauf. Jetzt Achtung und nicht die Einfahrt in einen der schönsten Trail der Gegend verpassen. Es geht nach kurzer Fahrt auf der Asphaltstraße rechts in den Wald (Markierung am Baum). Immer rechts auf dem Trail halten und auf diesem bleiben. Am Ende scharf links bis auf den Forstweg, diesen gerade überqueren und weiter bergab am Hang. Wenn alles gutgegangen ist, kommt man an einer Spitzkehre oberhalb der Fahrstraße nach Kipfenberg raus. Die Asphaltstraße überqueren und nach links, ortsauswärts folgen bis auf der rechten Seite ein Wassertretplatz mit einer kleinen Holzbrücke kommt. Diese überqueren, dem Weg kurz folgen und dann scharf rechtsbergauf. Hier viel Spaß mit dem kleinsten Gang, der verfügbar ist. Dem Weg bergauf folgen, oben angekommen immer links halten. Bei dem großen Stein in Richtung Burg folgen. Vorsicht! Beim Forstweg geht es bei nach einer kurzen Bergaufpassage geradeaus über den Schotterweg direkt zur Burg. Nicht links oder rechts fahren. Scenic wonderful tour with steep ascents around Kipfenberg! Starting place is the car park at the castle Arnsberg high above the Altmühltal to 507m. From the car park to the forest in a northeasterly direction, always keep left and follow the path downhill. At the junction the road straight up the hill and use this ibs follow Böhming.
