Start am Friedhof von Weil im Schönbuch. Von hier geht es gemütlich auf der Höhe bleibend Richtung Osten dem Wald zu. Vor dem Wald links den Hügel hinunter. Man kann auch auf dem Weg bleiben und kommt dann in einem weiten Linksbogen ebenfalls wieder zurück auf die Strecke. Es geht nun auf guten Waldwegen langsam hinunter ins Aichtal. Dort angekommen folgt man linksseitig dem Bach, überquert dann beim Bauernhof die Strasse und fährt Richtung Schönaich. Hier muss man etwas aufpassen, um den Abzweig links mit der schmalen Holzbrücke über den Bach nicht zu übersehen. Danach geht es kurz steil bergauf, am Umspannwerk vorbei und wieder hinunter ins Aischbachtal. Diesem folgt man bis Breitenstein und erklimmt danach den "Berg" hinauf zum Ausgangsort
