Eine meiner schönsten Touren, die einige alte Touren mit einer neuen Tour verbindet. Zuersrt geht an der Tomburg vorbei zum Grüner Stein, mit tollem Singeltrail nach Hilberath. Man kommt dann in den Vischelwald und hat eine landschaftlich schöne Strecke zum Vischeltal hinab um anschl. 3 km Steigung anzugehen ( bis 16 % ). Weiter über Berg ( Schiebepassage)in Richtung Sahrtal. Von dort dann hinauf zum Effelsberg Radioteleskop immer am Effelsbach vorbei. Diese Strecke ist als Milchstaße ausgeschildert. Dann geht es durch den Münstereifeler Wald zur Steinbachtalsperre um dann in Richtung Rheinbach zur Waldkapelle den Singeltrail " Brotpfad " zu fahren. Noch 3 Km und man ist am Ausgangsort wieder angekommen. Wenn es geht eine Kamera mitnehmen, es lohnt sich.Die Strecke sollte man bei Trockenheit fahren, da an einigen Stellen der Boden sehr tief werden kann. Guten Kuchen gibt es in Hilberath in dem Caffee Scheune, dann ist in Kirchsahr ein Restaurant mit guter Küche und letztlich kann man an der Steinbachtalsperre einen tollen Flammkuchen essen.
