Leichte Einsteiger-MTB-Runde mit grandioser Aussicht zu den umliegenden Kalkgebirgen. Start ist beim Parkplatz 4 am Ortsende von Werfenweng. Zuerst auf der Teerstraße bis zur Talstation der Kabinen-Umlaufbahn. Dort links vorbei und unter einer automatischen Schranke hindurch auf die Forststraße, die man nach einigen Kehren nach rechts verlässt. Nun immer dem Track folgend bis unter den Gipfelrücken des Ladenberges (Sessellift). Nun die letzten 100 Höhenmeter sehr steil (wenn der Radcomputer nicht irrt, sind es 29 %) evtl. das Rad schieben bis zum Gipfel der Bischlinghöhe, 1834m. Neben dem Gipfel befindet sich ein Gasthaus. Gemütlicher ist aber die Einkehr auf der Bischlingalm, die sich knapp 300 Höhenmeter tiefer neben der Abfahrt Richtung Süden befindet. Dann zum Sattel und auf der Forststraße weiter, zuletzt einer etwas steileren Rodelbahn folgend, bis man unmittelbar vor dem Auto wieder die Teerstraße erreicht. Unsere Zeiten: Auffahrt 1.30 h, Abfahrt 20 min.

Lightweight entry-level MTB-round with magnificent views to the surrounding limestone mountains. Start at the car park on the outskirts of Werfenweng 4. First on the paved road to the valley station of the cabin orbit. Turn left over and under an automatic barrier through the forest road as you quit after a few bends to the right. Now, always following the track up at the summit ridge of the mountain shop (chair lift). Now the last 100 meters very steep (if the cycling computer does not err, there are 29%) might push the wheel to the top of the Bischlinghöhe, 1834m. In addition to the summit, there is a guest house. But cozy, a stop on the Bischlingalm, the next departure is less than 300 meters below the south. Then to the saddle and on the forest road, most recently following a rather steep toboggan run until you get back to the tar road directly in front of the car.
