Vom Parkplatz am Küholz zwischen Möhnhof und Innerer Kitzinghof startet man in den Wald in Richtung Falkenteich. Da geht es dann an der Falkenhöhle vorbei zum Bernhardus, hinunter zum Hornberg, hinauf aufs Kalte Feld. Von dort den Singletrail an der Kante und den Schotterweg nach Nenningen. Dann den langen Anstieg nach Treffelhausen. Gute MTBler schaffen den Anstieg ohne Schieben ;-) Zurück geht es dann über den Birkenbuckel an Rötenbach vorbei zum Parkplatz Küholz.

From the car park at Küholz between Möhnhof and Inner Kitzinghof you start in the woods in the direction Falk pond. Because it goes to the Falk cave over to Bernhardus, down to the Hornberg, up onto Cold box. From there, the single trail at the edge and the gravel road to Nenningen. Then the long climb after Treffelhausen. Good MTBler create the rise without pushing;-) Back then it goes over the hump of birch Rötenbach past the parking lot Küholz.
