Itinerario facile , adatto per i brevi pomeriggi invernali.
Qualche salita impegnativa ma mai frustante.
Iniziamo in fronte all' ipercoop , proseguiamo dritti dove incontriamo un rotonda (km.0.8) prendiamo la seconda uscita , superiamo una salitina raggiungiamo il ponte sul fiume e proseguiamo a sinistra.
Sempre sulla strada principale raggiungiamo il selciato con la chiesa del Santuario a sinistra (km 5.6) proseguiamo dritti per circa 200 metri e svoltiamo a destra in una stradina che costeggia il parco giochi per banbini , alla fine di questa svoltiamo in salita a sinistra (km. 5.9).
Tralasciando le vie laterali proseguiamo alternando ripide salite a tratti pianeggianti fino ad arrivare al punto piu' alto del nostro giro (m.527) , incrociamo una evidente strada asfaltata , pilone enel a sinistra (km 10).
Scendiamo a sinistra dopo poco inizia lo sterrato , andiamo avanti senza difficoltà fino a raggiungere un bivio (km.13.3) tralasciamo la strada che prosegue in salita , scendiamo invece a destra (segnale di pericolo) .
Alternando tratti sterrati a tratti asfaltati perdiamo quota fino a raggiungere le case di Marmorassi (km 15.2) .
Dopo poco incrociamo la strada principale , fermata autobus di fronte (km 16.1) svoltiamo a sinistra e scendiamo rapidamente fino a fondo valle (km 17.9).
Con una delle numerose vie raggiungiamo l' ipercoop e la fine del giro.
L itinerario è percorribile anche in senso inverso con stessa difficoltà)

Easy route, suitable for short winter afternoons.
Few tough climb but never frustrating.
Start in front of 'ipercoop, we continue where we meet a roundabout (km.0.8) take the second exit, we pass a salitina reach the river bridge and continue to the left.
Also on the main road we reach the pavement with the church on the left of the Sanctuary (5.6 km), continue straight for about 200 meters and turn right into a small road that runs alongside the playground banbini at the end of this turn uphill to the left (km. 5.9).
Leaving out the side streets continue alternating steep hills to flat stretches up to the highest point 'top of our tour (m.527), cross a clear paved road to the left pylon Enel (km 10).
go down to the left after a short dirt road begins, let's go ahead without difficulty until you reach a fork (km.13.3) omit the road continues uphill, we descend to the right instead (danger signal).
Alternating dirt roads to paved stretches lose altitude until reaching the homes of Marmorassi (km 15.2).
Soon we cross the main road, bus stop in front (16.1 km) turn left and descend rapidly to the bottom of the valley (17.9 km.) Woman With one of the many ways we reach the 'ipercoop and the end of the tour.
The itinerary is in reverse with the same difficulty)
