Die Borkener Seenlandschaft Eigentlich nutze ich diese Runde um die Seen im Winter mit dem Crossbike. Aber Wer Seen und Natur mag der ist auf dieser Runde genau Richtig. Und so geht es von meinem Heimatort Großenenglis los (Man kann natürlich auch an jedem anderem Punkt der Tour loslegen) in Richtung des sogenannten Dosenbergs, ein Überbleibsel des ehemaligen Braunkohle abbaus. Na einigen wenigen Höhenmetern ca.25 geht es nun zum erstem See, den Singliser See umrundet ca. 3,5 KM. Nun geht es gleich zum zweiten See, den Gombether See. Dieser See ist noch am werden... Also am volllaufen und das schon seit einigen Jahren. Nun geht es weiter in Richtung Borken zum gleichnamigen See, der auch der Größte der vier Seen ist, umrundet ca. 8,5Km. jetzt fahre ich weiter in Richtung Altes Kraftwerk, Das schon seit einigen Jahren seinen Betrieb eingestellt hat. Am Kraftwerk vorbei geht es nun zum zweiten Abraumberg nach Arnsbach (Arnsbacher Kippe). Den kleinen Berg überquert, komme ich schon fast am letzten See an, der auch nach meiner Meinung der schönste ist, Der Badesee Stockelache. Wo man in den Sommermonaten ein Kühles Bierchen genießen kann. Und weiter geht es über Feldwege wieder zurück nach Großenenglis. Ca.35KM und 260Hm.

Borkener Lakelands Actually I use this lap around the lakes in the winter with the cross bike. But Who lakes and nature like that is exactly right on this round. And so it goes from my hometown Großenenglis going (You can of course also to every other point of the tour started) in the direction of the so-called canned Mountain, a remnant of the former brown coal or down. Well a few meters above sea level about 25 it is now for the first lake, the lake surrounded Singliser about 3.5 KM. Now it is equal to the second lake, the lake Gombether. This lake is still on ... So at full run and has been for some years now. Now it continues towards Borken to Lac, which is also the largest of the four lakes, surrounded approx 8.5km. now I continue in the direction of Old Power Station, The has ceased operations for several years. At the power plant, we hike for the second tailings mountain after Arnsbach (Arnsbacher dump). The small mountain passes, I'm already almost at the last lake, which is also the most beautiful, in my opinion, The Stockelache bathing lake. Where you can enjoy in the summer months a Cool beer. And on it goes on dirt roads back to Großenenglis. Ca.35KM and 260Hm.
