Grazie all'amico Alessandro, oggi splendido giro intorno al Terminillo. Partenza dalla Via Salaria in località Canetra-Ponte Alto con la strada che sale costantemente fino al Rifugio Sebastiani, poco prima del valico di Sella di Leonessa. La strada è una carrareccia dissestata con grossi ciotoli che pretende la massima attenzione e per la sua anche se non estrema durezza, di una buona preparazione. Il paesaggio panoramico per tutta la durata del giro è a dir poco mozzafiato. La vista spazia a 360° sulle principali montagne dell'appennino centrale con epilogo finale alle pendici del Monte Terminillo, proprio in dirittura del famoso rifugio dove si può assaporare l'ottima e super ristoratrice crostata con sciroppo di visciole. Dopo anche l'immancabile caffè si ritorna sulla strada dove si riprende quasi subito una nuova carrareccia con le stesse caratteristiche di quella dove siamo saliti. Grossi ciotoli calcarei taglienti, che nel nostro gruppo hanno fatto due "vittime" a causa di due forature ai loro tubeless, al limite della riparabilità. Per questo durante tutta la discesa è assolutamente necessario prestare la massima attenzione. Alla fine della discesa, dove a Micigliano si continua a dx su strada bianca invece che su asfalto, si arriva sulla Salaria, che ci riporta così verso il punto di partenza attraversando la cittadina di Antrodoco.

At the end of the descent, where Micigliano you continue right onto dirt road instead of asphalt, you get on the Salaria, which thus brings us back to the starting point through the town of Antrodoco.
