da Como ci si porta a Cernobbio dove inizia la lunga salita verso la cima del Bisbino. Inizialmente su strada per poi divenire piano piano mulattiera e sentiero. La prima tappa è la Croce dell'uomo con la bella chiesetta di S.Abbondio. Da qui si imbocca un bel sentiero a mezza costa (dopo un breve tratto a spinta) che porta su una carrareccia sul versante svizzero del monte Bisbino. Da qui inizia la salita finale che porta in vetta. La discesa in parte riprende la salita, ma presto si discosta per il sentiero 5, un tratto della marathon molto divertente, sottobosco sconnesso e guidabile (mtb:scale:1). Con questo sentiero si ritorna alla Croce dell'uomo per affrontare l'ultima discesa del giro: un tratto tecnico e tendenzialmente non tutto pedalabile (mtb:scale:2) che porta in fondo valle ed alla via del ritorno
pochi punti d'acqua lungo la salita. Unico la fonte Fracchia poco sotto la vetta del Bisbino. I rifugi, essendo ex caserme, non hanno acqua corrente.
from Como you carry in Cernobbio where the long climb to the summit of Bisbino. First on the road and then become gradually mule track and trail. The first stop is the man's Cross with the beautiful church of S. Abbondio. From here you take a beautiful hillside trail (after a short push) that leads to a track on the Swiss side of Mount Bisbino. From here begins the final climb to the summit. The descent takes part in the climb, but soon deviates the path 5, a stretch of very funny marathon, rough undergrowth and drivable (mtb: scale: 1).
