Die Tour startet in Obervellmar und führt zuerst durch den Ahnepark nach Niedervellmar. Entlang der ICE-Strecke gehts auf Radwegen nach Ihringshausen ins Schocketal und dann über Simmershausen auf den Fuldaradweg. Hier sind zwar auch Fussgänger und deren Hunde unterwegs, trotzdem ist der Radweg schön und hier erstinkt man auch nicht, weil es nur wenige Felder zur Gülleüberdüngung gibt. Auf der flachen Strecke kann man sich schön einrollen und warm machen. Bei nassem Wetter ist besonders die letzte Holzbrücke vor Bonafuhrt gefährlich rutschig. Über die Dörfer im Fuldatal gehts also bis Hannoversch Münden und dann nach Gimte. Nach der gefährlichen Steigung mit Gegenverkehr auf dem schmalen Weg hoch zur Kiesgrube, geht es endlich in den Bramwald. Die Wege sind absolut leer und man kann die Hutewälder und die Natur erleben. Die Motorräder sind weit weg und im Sommer ist es im Wald angenehm frisch. Spektakulär ist die Abfahrt durch das Steimcketal. Die enge Klamm ist irgendwie verwunschen und hat eine ganz besondere Vegetation. Hier hätte ich mich in der Vorzeit mit meinem Vieh versteckt, wenn mal wieder Krieg war. Dann geht es kurz durchs Niemetal runter und auf der gegenüberliegenden Talseite wieder hoch. Oben kann man auf Fürstenhagen schauen und fährt weiter durch den Wald bis es nach Ödelsheim runter geht. Der nächste Teil der Strecke ist eher zur Erholung gedacht. Es geht entlang der Weser nach Gieselwerder und über die Brücke. Dann weiter nach Wahmbeck und nun in den Reinhardswald. Hier wird es allerdings wirklich einsam und die Strecke führt immer weiter hoch. Es geht auf die Reinhardswaldstraße und dann an der Sababurg vorbei auf die Kasseler Schneise. Hier kann man die Eichen bewundern und es geht im Wald weiter bis zum Udenhäuser Stock und zum Ahlberg. Ab hier geht es fast nur noch bergab. Ab Mariendorf auf dem Radweg nach Immenhausen und dann über Hohenkirchen wieder nach Obervellmar.

Then it's short through Niemetal down and on the opposite side of the valley up again. On top, you can look at Fürstenhagen and continue through the woods until after Oedelsheim goes down. The next part of the route is intended more for recreation. It goes along the Weser to Gieselwerder and over the bridge. Then on to Wahmbeck and now in the Reinhard Forest. There is, however, really lonely and the distance causes more and more high. It's on the Reinhardswald road and then to the Sababurg past of the Kassel corridor. Here you can admire the oak and it comes in the forests continue to Udenhäuser Stock and Ahlberg. From here it's almost all downhill. From Marie village on the bike path to Immenhausen and then chief churches after Obervellmar.
