Die technisch unschwierige Tour verläuft bergauf auf gut ausgebauten Wirtschaftswegen und Forststraßen. Bergab folgen wir zuerst einem alten Almweg, bevor wir bei den Lichtenberger Höfen wieder auf eine Fahrstraße treffen. Wir starten in Mals/Vinschgau (der Einstieg ist jedoch auch in Glurns oder Lichtenberg möglich). Bis Glurns nutzen wir den beschilderten Vinschgau-Radweg. Wir durchqueren den Ortskern und halten uns zwischen der Etschbrücke und der Kirche St. Pankratius links (nicht dem Radweg weiter folgen). Der Wirtschaftsweg quert noch einmal die Straße und führt am Talrand nach Lichtenberg. Dort folgen wir der Straße zur Burgruine, biegen jedoch kurz vorher bergauf Richtung Pinet ab. Nach der Siedlung Pinet wird die Straße zum Forstweg, auf dem wir auch weiter bleiben. Der Weg führt nun über die bewaldeten Hänge des Großmontoni und weiter in den Einschnitt des Viteatals, wo der Latscherbach gequert wird. Bei km 16,4 (1.924 hm) erreichen wir kurz unterhalb der Waldgrenze eine Kehre. Wir können nun der Forststraße weiter bergauf bis zu den Gebäuden der Lichtenberger Almen folgen (noch ca. 100 hm) oder direkt geradeaus auf den Almweg weiterfahren, der nach ca. 300 Metern den Alpbach überquert und sich auf der anderen Seite des Gutfalltals zurück in Richtung Tal schwingt. Bei km 19,9 treffen wir schließlich auf die Straße zu den Lichtenberger Höfen, der wir bis ins Tal zurück folgen, wo sie wieder in den Wirtschaftsweg Glurns - Lichtenberg mündet. The technically not a difficult tour runs uphill on well-maintained farm roads and forest roads. Downhill we follow first an old cart path, before we meet again on a driveway at the Lichtenberger courts. We start in Mals / Vinschgau (the home but can occur in Glurns or Lichtenberg). Until Glurns we use the signposted cycle path Vinschgau. We cross the village and keep us between the Adige river bridge and the church of St. Pancras left (not the cycle path to follow). The farm track crosses again the road and leads to the edge of the valley to Lichtenberg. Here we follow the road to the ruins, but turn left just before starting uphill direction Pinet. After the settlement Pinet the road becomes a forest, where we remain on. The path now leads through the wooded slopes of Großmontoni and further into the incision of Viteatals where the dwarf is crossed Erbach. At 16.4 km (1,924 hm) we reach just below the tree line a bend. We are now the forest road uphill to the buildings of the Lichtenberger pastures follow (still about 100 hm) or directly straight ahead on the cart path that crosses after about 300 meters the mountain stream and on the other side of the Gutfalltals back towards valley swings. At 19.9 km we finally hit the road to the Lichtenberger courts, which we follow to the valley, where they return to the farm track Glurns - opens Lichtenberg. From Glurns way back on the bike route.
