Das 34 km lange „up and down“ beinhaltet 12,7 km Trail (also ca.37%) davon Uphill ca.6km/300hm und Downhill ca.7km/400hm im Uhrzeigersinn gefahren. Je nach Kondition sollte man zwischen zwei und drei Stunden einplanen. Wie der Name erahnen läßt führt die Tour in und um die Schrebergärten und Wälder von Sillenbuch, Heumaden und Rohracker. Die einzige etwas knifflige Passage der Tour wartet unterhalb von Frauenkopft. Zuerst folgt man einem sehr schmalen Trail (Tr11) hinab zum Speidelweg überquert diesen und „übersieht“ das Schild „Kein Durchgang“. Anschließend führt der Trail durch ein dunkles Tälchen mit teilweise abenteuerlichen Holzanliegern (Achtung bei Nässe) und tiefhängenden Ästen. Die Tour durchquert immer wieder die asphaltierten Schrebergartensiedlungen der Gegend, was die Aufstiege erleichtert. Einige Uphill-Trails werden auch als Downhill genutzt, also Vorsicht, Gegenverkehr! Die Ortsdurchfahrten sind dem Versuch geschuldet, möglichst viele Singletrails in der Tour unterzubringen. Teile der Tour sind bereits veröffentlicht und wurden bestmöglich integriert. Da die Tour durch dicht bebautes Gelände führt, ist auch auf den Trails immer wieder mit Fußgängern zu rechnen; also klingeln, grüßen, gegebenenfalls bedanken und langsam vorbeifahren.
