Diese Tour ist etwas zum relaxen, also kein Knaller. Es sind immer wieder Teilstrecken, auf denen man entspannen kann. Die Tour startet auf dem Parkplatz vor der Turn- und Festhalle in Sigmaringen-LAIZ. Es geht zunächst über die Donau und halblinks Richtung Friedhof, wir biegen aber vorher rechts ab und es geht moderat bergauf. Weiter geht es paarallel zum Wildpark „Josefslust“, bis zur L456, welche durch einen Tunnel unterquert wird und weiter nach rechts. Nach ca. 800 m geht es links in den Wald. Hier fahren wir Richtung Sigmaringendorf, wobei man den Kappenbühl umfährt und fahren am süd-westlichen Rand von SIG-Dorf weiter. Bei de Tennisplätzen geht es nach rechts, leicht bergauf bis zum Pakplatz von „Josefslust“. Von dort geht es links ab und immer geradeaus bis „Zieglers Garten“ und zum Wusthauer Weiher, wobei in einer kleinen Linksschleife der aufgelassene Bahndamm der ehemaligen Bahnstrecke des Fürsten zum Bahnhof „Josefslust“ berührt wird. Am „Wusthauer Weiher“ vorbei geht es weiter nach Zielfingen. In Zielfingen fährt man erst links auf der Straße und gleich wieder rechts einen Feldweg hoch. Auf diesem weg kommen wir zu einer Grillstelle, von der man einen schönen Ausblick über die Zielfinger-Krauchenwieser Seen hat. Von dort, nach einer kleinen Schleife geht es ins „Frohnholz“, wo am Anfang auf einer Tafel auf Geschichte und Geschichten hingewiesen wird. Eine weitere Schleife führt am „Kreutzlesfels“ vorbei, der ebenfalls auf einer Tafel erklärt wird. Nach der Querung der K8240 und im weiteren Verlauf der L455, kommen wir wieder zum Parkplatz „Josefslust“, auf dem wir bis zum Radweg, paarallel zur L456, fahren. Diesen Weg fahren wir bis zur Kreuzung an der „Alten Krauchenwieser Straße“; diese geht es weiter bis zum Ende der „Allee der Hundertjährigen, wo man nach links abbiegt und auf einer Brücke die L456 überquert. Durch Feldwege geht es jetzt zunächs flach, dann aber recht flott bergab und durch einen Tunnel unter der B313 hindurch zur Donau. Dort fahren wir nach links und kommen dann an die Donaubrücke, in die Nähe unseres Ausgangspunktes, den wir nach Überquerung der Donau wieder erreicht haben.
