Start ist der Kirschbrunnen in Igensdorf. Von dort aus geht es nach Mitteldorf wo man im Anschluss die Katz hinauffährt (ca. 160 hm). Oben angekommen folgt man dem Westlichen Albrandweg (Rotstrich). Dieser führt einen über herrliche Waldwege und Trails vorbei am Lillinghofer Flugplatz bis kurz vor Lohmühle. Hier verlässt man den Weg wieder biegt links auf die asphaltierte Straße ab. Hat man Lohmühle durchquert folgt man dem Fahrradweg nach Osternohe. Hier gilt es dann den Schlossberg zu bezwingen. Oben angekommen kann man die wunderbare Aussicht beim Igelwirt bewundern. Ansonsten geht es dem mit Blaustrich gekennzeichneten Fahrradweg entlang. Dieser führt am Parkplatz des Bikeparks vorbei in den Wald. Enden tut dieser in Enzenreuth. Hier kann man am Wochenende im Brauereigasthof einkehren. Da es Montag war, als ich diese Tour durchgeführt habe, hatten beide Gaststätten geschlossen. Darum bin ich weiter zum Berggasthof Rothenberg gefahren. Auch hier kann man eine sehr schöne Aussicht bei gutem Essen genießen. Danach geht es den Berg hinunter nach Lohnmühle und Hedersdorf zurück. Nun fährt man ein kleines Stück auf dem Weg, den man her gekommen ist wieder zurück. Dort, wo man auf der Herfahrt den Westlichen Albradweg verlassen hat fährt man auf diesen wieder drauf und folgt der Straße. In Großbellhofen nimmt man dann den Radweg nach Germersberg. Am Ortsausgang zweigt man dann erneut rechts ab und fährt den Radweg vorbei an Benzendorf und Rüsselbach zurück nach Igensdorf.

Start is the cherry fountain in Igensdorf. From there it goes to central village where going up (about 160 hm) following the Katz. At the top, follow the Western Albrandweg (Rotstrich). This leads one through beautiful forest paths and trails past the Lillinghofer airfield until shortly before Lohmühle. Here you leave the road again turn left on the paved road. After the river Lohmühle you follow the cycling path to Osternohe. Here it is then to conquer the Schlossberg. Above can arrive to admire the wonderful view while hedgehogs host. Otherwise, it goes along the bike path marked with blue line. This leads on the bike park Footpath in the forest. Ends does this in Enzenreuth. Here you can stop in the Brauerei Gasthof weekend. Since it was Monday, as I have done this tour, both restaurants had closed. That's why I drove to the mountain inn Rothenberg. Also here you can enjoy a very nice view with good food. Then it goes down the hill back to wage mill and Hedersdorf. Now you drive a little bit along the way, you came back here. Where you left on the journey out the Western Albradweg you go on these back on it and follow the road. In Great Bell Mayrhofen then you take the bike path to Germer mountain. At the exit you turn then right again and the cycle path runs past the village Benz and trunk stream back to Igensdorf.
