Start der Tour ist in Wartenberg-Angersbach, das Ziel der Fahrt ist das Brauhaus Michelsrombacher Wald in der Nähe des Fernsehturms nördlich von Fulda. Die Strecke führt hauptsächlich über Forst- und Waldwege. Von Angersbach aus geht es Richtung Steinberg, zunächst durch den "Hoasestall", vorbei am Kleffertsberg und dann vom "Toten Mann" steil hinauf zum Sattelstein. Nach dem Abzweig rechts in Richtung Bad Salzschlirf orientiert man sich dann in ein Seitental von Ützhausen. Nach der Ortsdurchfahrt von Ützhausen geht es sehr steil bergauf in Richtung Sängersberg. Oben angekommen hält man sich rechts und lässt den Basaltfelsen rechter Hand liegen. Auf dem Höhenweg geht es bis zum Zabershof oberhalb Großenlüders. Nach kurzer links-rechts Kombination bleibt man weiterhin auf dem Höhenweg und kommt hierbei an alten Grenzsteinen vorbei. Es geht dann hinab nach Hemmen, von wo aus man kurz auf dem Radweg Richtung Fulda fährt. Vor Lüdermünd geht es hinauf zum dortigen alten Wartturm, weiter hinauf in den Wald zwischen Michelsrombach und Kämmerzell. In der Nähe des dortigen Fernsehturms erreicht man die L 3378, der man in Richtung Fulda bis zum Erreichen des Brauhauses Michelsrombacher Wald folgt. Zurück gehts es über Hartershausen, dort vorbei an den Fischwiesen, hinauf in Richtung Strangelsberg und anschl. hinab nach Bad Salzschlirf. Vom Kurort aus nimmt man den linken Radweg entlang der Bahnschienen in Richtung Angersbach und kommt vor Erreichen des Ortes an der Burgruine Wartenbach vorbei. Wer möchte kann am Ende der Runde in der Gastwirtschaft Bej Jerje einkehren und auftanken.

The tour starts in Wartenberg-Angersbach, the aim of the trip is the Brauhaus Michel Rombacher forest near the television tower north of Fulda. The route runs mainly on forestry and forest roads.
