Bisamberg-Runde 4 Abfahrt bei der Nordbrücke, gehts auf der Donauinsel den Schotterweg entlang, bei der orangen Brücke wechselt man auf die A22 Seite, bei der Strebersdorfer Ausfahrt wird auf den Marchfeldkanalweg Richtung Einlauf gewechselt, nach 600m wird rechts in die Ulmengasse/Hochhausstraße abgebogen. Geradeaus durch die Unterführung der Bahn und dann scharf links, denn Straßenverlauf entlang zur B3. Ca. 500m die Strebersdorfer Straße dann wird links Richtung Klausgraben abgebogen. Den Klausgraben hoch, dann rechts den oberen Klausgraben Weg, links vorbei am Senderhaus zum Magdalenenhof. Vorbei am Magdalenhof , gelich nach dem Forsthaus links den den Graben hoch zum Kallusweg. Den Kallusweg links nach 200 m rechts in Wald gleich nach 10m links Richtung Lanenzersdorf. Den Singletrail entlang, bei der ersten Kreuzung rechts, bei er nächsten Kreuzung mit einem Forstweg wieder rechts und anschließend noch mal rechts und man ist wieder am Kallusweg. Links abgebogen jedoch nicht am Kallusweg sondern den Wiesenweg (wegen der besseren Aussicht), bevor wir die den asphaltierten Weg erreichen biegt man bei Falkenberg links in den Wald. Dann gehts fast gerade aus bis zum Gasthaus Gamshöhe, rechts wieder in den Wald, nach ca. 700m Abbiegung links, nach 150m rechts den Singeltrail bergab und bergauf bis man bei der Ausfahrt Richtung hagenbrunn fast aus den Wald kommt. Dann links den Graben nach Kleinengersdorf bis man auf die Salzstraße trifft. Salzstraße, Hagenbrunner Straße bis Bisamberg entlang. Durch Bisamberg, Langenzersdorf, den Marchfeldkanal bis zur Autobahnausfahrt Strebersdorf und die Donauinsel bis zur Nordbrücke. Lässige Trainingrunde mit Zeit zum Einfahren, Stück wo Kondition gefordert wird, auch Stücke die Anforderung an die Technik stellt und wieder Zeit zum Ausrollen.
