Ab Ruethi Aufstieg zum Kamor. Abfahrt ueber Montlinger Schwamm und ueber Hirschensprung zurueck nach Ruethi. alternativ kann ab Kamor noch ein kleiner Fussmarsch auf den Hohen Kasten gemacht werden. ca. 1500 Hoehenmeter.
