Start Bernau a Chiemsee über die Seiseralm Richtung Maisalm , dann links zur Maueralm immer bergauf zum höchsten Punkt der Tour  zur Steffenalm und nach Marquardstein .Von da aus über Niedernfels nach Piesenhausen auf dem Radweg zurück über die Rottauerfilze zurück nach Grassau.

Start Bernau on the Alpe di Siusi direction Maisalm, then left to Maueralm uphill to the highest point of the Tour & nbsp; to Steffenalm and after Marquard stone .From there via Niedernfels after Piesenhausen on the bike path back across the Rottauerfilze back & nbsp; Grassau.
