Eine Gipfeltour auf einen der großen Mallorcaberge, ohne Leihauto mit MTB-Anfahrt eher anstrengend. Alpin anmutender Anstieg, beste Sicht auf beide Buchten Pollenca und Alcudia sowie auf Massanella und Puig Major. Die Schotterwege sind mit dem MTB gut zu fahren, ziehen sich aber! Soll man nicht unterschätzen. Beginn ist wie bei all meinen Touren das Hotel Bahia de Alcudia. Dem Track folgen zuerst auf ruhigen Nebenstraßen über Alcudia nach Pollenca. Dort mussten wir Marktständen ausweichen, um nicht zu viel Zeit beim Stöbern zu verlieren ;-)! Nun auf der Hauptstraße MA 10 auf der bei Rennradfahrern sehr beliebten Lluc-Strecke (ca. 6-7 % Steigung) bis links eine Straße abzweigt. Zuerst teils fallend dann Anstieg zum Coll des Preregaret. Hierher kann man auch auf dem mir ebenfalls bekannten Tomir-Trail gelangen, Abzweigung ca. 5 km nach Pollenca links (siehe WP). Zu Fuß weiter in 1 Stunde zum Gipfel. Die versicherte Stelle könnte man ohne weiteres auch ohne der Drahtseile und Klemmern bezwingen. Aus Zeitgründen stiegen wir nur bis zum Vorgipfel auf, wir wollten die anderen nicht zu lange warten lassen. Nach dem Abstieg weiter mit dem Rad in oft steilem ab und auf zur Hauptstraße zurück. Ein Mal muss das Rad über eine Mauer (Leiter) gehievt werden. Nun entweder gleich zur Tankstelle oder Abfahrt zum Kloster Lluc. Bei der anschließenden Auffahrt Zapfstelle für gutes Trinkwasser (WP). Obligatorische Einkehr bei der Tankstelle, ab jetzt geht’s wunderbare ?? km bergab. Ab Caimari auf Nebenstraßen bis kurz vor Campanet und dann Richtung Pollenca. Die Aufzeichnung ließ ich an der Stelle, an der wir schon vormittags waren, enden (WP). Seit vielen Jahren besuche ich Malle, habe schon rundherum die ganze Insel, verschiedene Unterkünfte usw. kennengelernt. Hängengeblieben bin ich nun im 4-Sterne-Hotel Bahia de Alcudia in Alcudia. Hier passt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Z.Zt. (2012) in der Vor/Nachsaison als Stammgast 51 Euro für 2 Pers. im DZ mit vorzüglicher HP, kostenloser Flughafentransfer inbegriffen. Flüge (von D oder A) gibt es hin und zurück immer noch unter 200 €. Meine Tourenvorschläge reichen für 4 Wochen. Radverleih direkt gegenüber. Bei professionellen Veranstaltern, die Rad- und Wanderreisen anbieten (Z.B. Hürzeler) bezahlt man mind. das doppelte!

A summit tour on one of the large Mallorca mountains without rental car with MTB Driving rather exhausting. Alpine seeming increase, the best view of both bays Pollenca and Alcudia and on Massanella and Puig Major. The gravel roads are good to go with the MTB, but Off! Should not be underestimated. The beginning is the Hotel Bahia de Alcudia like all my tours. Follow the track first on quiet side streets in Alcudia to Pollenca. There we had to dodge the market stalls in order not to lose too much time browsing;-)! Now on the main road MA 10 on the very popular racing cyclists Lluc-distance (6-7% slope) to the left a road branches off. First, some falling then rising to the Coll of Preregaret. Here you can also get there the trail Tomir me also known, about 5 km turn left to Pollenca (see WP). On foot in one hour to the summit.
