Start am Sportplatz in Roßbach. Über den Pariser Platz gehts es zu den Quarzit-Weihern. Von dort aus nach Oberdreis (Verpflegungsstation). Von dort oberhalb Dendert in den Wald bis zum Prangenberg, dann weiter zum Hof Hiedrück, über die Au und den Ehrlich zurück zum Sportplatz.

Start at the sports ground in Rossbach. About the Pariser Platz it go to the quartzite ponds. From there, after Oberdreis (aid station). From there above Dendert in the forest to the Prangenberg, then go to the court Hiedrück, on Au and the Ehrlich back to the sports field.
