Am Keilberg angekommen kann man das Auto am Parkplatz vor der hohen Linie abstellen, von dort aus geht es durch das Gemeindefreie Gebiet auf einer schönen schotter und Wander piste durch die Natur Richtung Bernhardswald. In Bernahrdswald muss man dan über die Brücke auf die andere seite der B16 wo man dan auf den ausgeschilderten Radweg Richtung Falkenstein kommt. Am Radweg angekommen geht es von dort an immer leicht bergauf nach Falkenstein und abwechselnd auf Schotter,Teer und festen Boden. Alles in allem ist diese Tour nicht recht anstrengend, leider wird sie etwas eintönig da es Landschaftlich keine grossen Veränderungen und technische Herausvorderungen gibt. Eher etwas für die algemeine Fitness
