Die Tour started in Nabburg. Es geht über Pfreimd nach Tausnitz. Dabei geht es über schöne Trails am Stausee entlang. Dann folgt der Anstieg zum Hochspeicher hinauf. Zurück nach Nabburg geht es über breite Wege duch das schöne Pfreimdtal.
