Von Imst (Parkplatz bei Polizei) aus durch die Kramergasse, Lehngasse zum Rastbühel. Links auf der Forststrasse (MTB Route 622) zum Weg zur Obermarkter Alm und weiter zur Latschenhütte. Dort kurz über die Almwiese hinunter zum Bach, über die Brücke und den Schipistenweg zur Untermarkter Alm. Auf dem Forstweg (MTB Route 616) nach Hoch Imst. Am Parkplatz Richtung Rosengartenschlucht auf breiten Wanderweg Sonnberg, Gunglgrün.  Zurück ins Zentrum.

From Imst (Parking at police) by the Kramergasse, Lehngasse to Rastbühel. Links on the forest road (MTB Route 622) to the path to Obermarkter Alm and continue to Latschenhütte. There, just above the meadow down to the creek, cross the bridge and the Schipistenweg to Untermarkter Alm. On the forest trail (MTB Route 616) to Hoch Imst. At the car park towards Rosengarten gorge on wide trail Sonnbergstuben, Gunglgrün. & Nbsp; Back to the center.
