Blomberg-Variante mit schönem Höhenweg und vor allem ungeahnt gutem Trails (Wiese, Single, Hohlweg) bergab. Dauer: 01:30h Auffahrt langweilig und fortwegig. Ziemlich viel los. Oben gibts Riesen-Wirtschaft, Baumseilgarten. Dann gehts aber auf ruhigem Höhenweg luftig nach Süden über schöne Almwiesen, meist die Benediktenwand vor sich. Bei der Gassenhofer Alm am Kamm entlang auf der Wiese talwärts - bald sieht man den Singletrail. Nur wenige nasse Meter, wird er im Wald griffig. Man sollte links vom Hohlweg bleiben. Der Wurzelweg dort ist besser als der grobschottrige Hohlweg. Man mündet auf einen Karrenweg der erste schnell, dann am steilen Abhang weiter talwärts ging. Bald Forstweg. Bald links die wenigen Meter zur Waldherralm. Von da an geht ein sehr einfacher spassiger schmaler Trail durch Wäldchen und über Wiesen, rollt auf Forstweg und dann Strasse aus. Bei einer Pferdekoppel noch einmal links und überraschend schnell ist man am Ende. Einkehr: Waldherralm
