Ab der AOK in Gießen Richtung Heuchelheim. Dort immer der Rodheimerstraße folgend zuerst durch Rodheim und dann durch Bieber. Wenns nach Königsberg abgeht, auf in den Wald. Am Fuß des Dünsberg dann Richtung Forsthaus, anschließend links ab und schließlich auf den geteerten Weg Weg einmal hoch zum Dünsberg. Auf der Abfahrt eine kleine Variante zur reinen Teerabfahrt und dann runter zum Parkplatz. Nach Überquerung der Straße immer schön dem single-trail nach und dann ins Frohnbachtal und zurück nach Gießen über Krofdorf-Gleiberg.

From the AOK in casting direction Heuchelheim. There is always the following Rodheimerstraße first by Rodheim and then by Bieber. Ifs going to Konigsberg, on into the forest. At the foot of Dünsberg then head forester's house, then left and finally up to the tarred road route once to Dünsberg. On the descent, a small variant for pure Teerabfahrt and then down to the parking lot. After crossing the road always nice to the single-trail after and then into Frohnbachtal and back to pouring over Krofdorf-Gleiberg.
