Rohrbach – Schlägl – Ulrichsberg – Salnau – Pfaffetschlag – Hochficht – Schöneben – Grünwald – St Oswald – Rohrbach Start in Rohrbach in Oberösterreich. Es geht auf Waldwegen, Wanderwegen, Güterwegen und Feldwegen nach Schlägl im Mühlkreis. Dort steigen wir beim Freibad auf den Wanderweg Große Mühl ein. Diesen folgen wir bei Ulrichsberg. Der Ort wird durchquert und wir fahren weiter auf einem schlecht ersichtlichen Wiesenweg erneut hinab zur Großen Mühl. Über eine keine Holzbrücke überqueren wir einen Bach und fahren auf einem Feldweg nach Salnau hinauf. Ab Salnau bleiben wir lange Zeit auf Asphalt. Eine wenig befahrene Straße bringt uns in Richtung Schigebiet Hochficht. Pfaffetschlag wird durchfahren und nach einer Weile im Wald geht der Pfad links in den Wald hinein. Hier steht ein FAHRVERBOTSSCHULD ein EINFAHRT VERBOTEN SCHILD und ein RADFAHRVERBOTSSCHILD und ein nicht definierbares Schild mit einem Europa Slogan. Diese kurze Fahrverbotsstrecke kann über das Gästehaus Holzschlag umfahren werden. Wir wählten die direkten Variante und schoben das Fahrrad einige hundert Meter zum Schilift Rehberg und dort noch ein kleines Stück weiter auf einer Forststraße. Nach ein paar hundert Metern erreicht man einen Radweg. Auf diesem geht es weiter in Richtung Grenzübergang 1/10. Vorm Grenzübergang schwenken wir spitz rechts bergauf ab in Richtung Gasthof zum Überleben. Wir bleiben auf dem Forstweg bis nach Schöneben. Von Schöneben wieder auf Asphalt in Richtung Moldaublick. Kurz vorm Moldaublicht rechts nach Grünwald. Weiter nach Oberhaag. In Oberhaag überqueren wir eine Straße und fahren auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite am Nordwaldkammweg weiter. Achtung bei Einfahrt in den Wald rechts auf dem Nordwaldkammweg halten (blau weiß markiert) andernfalls kommt man in die Bayrische Au. Wie gesagt – weiter auf dem Nordwaldkammweg nach Wurmbrand. Der Nordwaldkammweg ist hier wirklich ein Schmankerl. Flott geht es leicht abschüssig dahin. Der Weg wird steiler und nach einem steilen Hohlweg spuckt uns der Wald bei Wurmbrand aus. Im Ort Wurmbrand spitz links nach St Oswald und weiter in die Furthmühle. Nun trennen uns noch ca. 7 KM vom Ziel. Es geht bergauf und bergab in Richtung Rohrbach. Der letzte steile Berg ist der Pfaffenberg – letztes Hindernis auf dem Weg nach Rohrbach. Nach gut 60 KM und einigen Höhenmetern noch eine Herausforderung. Die Gänge reduzieren, Hirnleistung auf ein Minimum gesenkt, Blick starr auf das Vorderrad gerichtet, schrauben wir uns den Pfaffenberg hoch, und rollen auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite aus.

It goes along forest paths, hiking trails, country roads and country lanes after Schlaegl in Mühlkreisautobahn. & Nbsp; There we rise at a pool on the footpath Large Muehl. This we followed with Ulrich Berg. The town is crossed and we continue on a bad apparent meadow again down to the Great Muehl. & Nbsp; About a no wooden bridge we cross a stream and continue on a dirt road after Salnau up. & Nbsp; From Salnau we remain a long time on asphalt. A quiet road leads us in the direction of the ski area Hochficht. & Nbsp; Pfaffetschlag are crossed and after a while in the forest, the path turns left into the woods. Here is a BAN DEBT an ENTRY PROHIBITED SIGN and a CYCLING PROHIBITION and an indefinable sign with a slogan Europe. & Nbsp; This short distance driving ban can be bypassed felling about the guesthouse. & Nbsp; We chose the direct variant and pushed the bike a few hundred meters to the ski lift Rehberg and there still is a little further along a forest road. & Nbsp; After a few hundred meters you can reach a cycle path. & Nbsp; In this it continues towards the border crossing 1/10 & nbsp; Vorm border crossing we turn sharp right uphill in the direction of Gasthof zum survival. & Nbsp; We remain on the forest until after Schoeneben. From Schoeneben again on asphalt towards Moldaublick. & Nbsp; Just before Moldaublicht right to Grünwald. Next to Upper Hague. In Oberhaag we cross the road and continue on the opposite side of the Nordwaldkammweg on. (Marked blue white) Caution when entering the woods on the right Nordwaldkammweg keep failing to get in the Bavarian Au. & Nbsp; Like I said & ndash; further on the Nordwaldkammweg by Wurmbrand. The Nordwaldkammweg is really a treat. Flott it goes slightly downhill then. The path is steep and after a steep ravine spits us the forest at Wurmbrand of & nbsp. In place Wurmbrand pointed left to St Oswald and further into the Furthmühle. Well we still separate about 7 KM from the target. It goes uphill and downhill towards Rohrbach & nbsp. The last steep mountain is the mountain Pfaff & ndash; last obstacle on the way to Rohrbach. After about 60 KM and some elevations still a challenge. Reduce the aisles, reduced brain power to a minimum, eyes fixed on the front, we screw us the Pfaff hill, and roll out on the opposite side.
