Die Tour führt über gut befahrbare Wald- und Feldwege und erfordert lediglich ausreichende Kondition. Von der U-Bahnstation Hohemark geht es rechts am Taunus-Informationszentrum vorbei und über die Brücke in den Wald. Die ersten 10 km kurbelt man stetig bis zum Sandplacken bergauf; damit hat man den anstrengenden Teil der Tour schon geschafft. Von hier aus geht es um den Feldberg herum zur Ausgrabungsstätte Römerkastell Feldberg. Etwas weiter gelangt man zum Gasthaus Rotes Kreuz. Von dort führt ein Waldweg nach gut 4 km zum Fuchstanz. Am Altkönig vorbei geht es schließlich wieder bergab. Frankfurts Skyline fest im Blick kann man die letzten Kilometer entspannt nach Niederursel rollen.

The tour takes you through easy accessible forest and field paths and requires & nbsp; merely sufficient condition. From the Hohe Mark subway station, turn right and over the bridge into the woods at Taunus Information Centre. The first 10 km you cranking up steadily until Sandplacken uphill; so you have already done the hard part of the tour. From here it goes to the Feldberg around the excavation site Römerkastell Feldberg. A little further to get to the guest house Red Cross. From there, a forest trail leads to a good 4 km to the fox dance. On Altkönig over it eventually goes downhill again. Frankfurt Skyline firmly in mind may be relaxed roll the last few miles to Lower Ursel.
