Schnelle Trainingsrunde durch das Siebenmühlental mit einigen anspruchsvollen Singletrails. Dauer ca. 2:00h Die Strecke ist durchaus auch für eine Familientour geeignet. Da aber die Runde hinter Musberg technisch durchaus anspruchsvoll ist, wäre es ratsam, diesen Teil auszulassen und von Musberg direkt in Richtung Eselsmühle oder Mäulesmühle weiter zu fahren. Dauer für die Familie bei abgekürzter Runde ca. 2-4h Nach dem Start in Plattenhardt vom Weilerhau aus erst mal gemütliches Einrollen auf der Ebene und allmählich abwärts in Richtung Bärensee. Weiter abwärts bis fast ins Siebenmühlental, wo man einem Trail bis zur Schösslesmühle folgt. Technisch anspruchsvoll werden dann nochmals einige kurze Passagen nach der Ortsdurchfahrt von Musberg, bis man wieder zurück ins Siebenmühlental kommt. Zurück folgt man hauptsächlich dem Radweg im Tal. Von Aichtal dann auf dem Radweg zurück nach Filderstadt. Singletrailanteil: ca. 10% Asphaltanteil: ca. 30% (meist asphaltierte Radwege) Einkehrmöglichkeiten: Biergärten im Siebenmühlental oder beim Italiener an den Tennisplätzen in Musberg

Fast training ride through the Siebenmühlental with some challenging single trails. Duration: 2: 00h The course is also well suited for a family tour. However, since the round behind Musberg is technically quite demanding, it would be wise to skip this part and go from Musberg directly towards Eselmühle or Mäulesmühle on. Duration for the family in abbreviated round about 2-4h After starting in Plattenhardt from Weilerhau out only once cozy curl at the level and gradually downward toward Bear Lake. Skip down to nearly to Siebenmühlental, where you follow a trail to Schösslesmühle. Be technically challenging then again some short passages after the road through Musberg until you come back again to Siebenmühlental. Back to mainly follows the bike path in the valley. From Aichtal then on the bike path back to Filderstadt. Singletrack share: about 10% asphalt content: approx 30% (mostly paved bike trails) Refreshments: Beer Gardens in Siebenmühlental or the Italians at the tennis courts in Musberg
