DieTour startet am Biosk am "Alten Messplatz" im Freiburger Osten . Zum Sternwald und gleichmäßig ansteigend über Forstweg und später Trail zum Sohlacker. Weiter Trail zum Kohlerhau und eine steile Rampe hoch Richtung Rappeneck. (Rechts unten liegt die Rappenecker Hütte, Einkehr möglich) Die Tour geht weiter über einen sehr schönen Trail auf den Rücken zwischen Kappel und Kirchzarten. Von dort runter ins Dreisamtal und über Asphalt und Dreisamuferweg zurück zum Biosk.

DieTour starts on Biosk on & quot; Old tester & quot; in Freiburg East. For Sternwald and uniformly rising over forest and later Trail to Sohlacker. Skip to Kohlerhau Trail and a steep ramp direction Rappeneck. (Bottom right is the Rappenecker hut, retreats possible) The tour continues with a very beautiful trail on the ridge between Kappel and Kirchzarten. From there down Dreisamtal and asphalt and Dreisam riverside path back to Biosk.
