Technische Tour mit Start in Arnsberg beim Sportheim. Hier gehts mal den Panoramaweg hoch ,oben entlang ,die Abfahrt allerdings verlässt den Apw. Dann wieder ein Stück Apw.,auch hier ist die Abfahrt wieder eine Variante. Von hier gehts durch Pfalzpaint auf die andere Hangseite und auf Teer den Berg hoch . Daraufhin biken wir links am Hang entlang zu einer steilen vorher noch nicht befahrenen Abfahrt,die an einer Kapelle wieder aus dem Wald herauskommt und zu Gungolding gehört. Über die geteerte Str. und dann steil hoch und wieder am Hang entlang bis zu einem Trail der zum Nonnen oder Hexenstein führt. Den Fels kann man auch hoch zum Gipfelkreuz besteigen,aber Vorsicht , nicht in das Felsloch stürzen. Hier gibts eine Trailabfahrt. Im Anschluß folgt eine Verbindung zum Rauchenbergsteig und Dachssteig ins Schambachtal dem Revier vom Karsten Wagner,der ebenfalls Touren hier im Portal einstellt. Danach folgt der Glockersteig wiederum auf der anderen Hangseite. Auch hier ist Technik gefragt. Ausserdem sind hier 3 Gegenanstiege ,die zum Schieben verdammen. Nach dem ersten Gegenanstieg ist links ein schöner Felsen auch um evtl. dort Pause zu machen. Ist man aus dem Steig raus gehts gemütlich wieder nach Arnsberg zurück. Viel Spaß
