In stetem Auf und Ab bewegen wir uns durch die Kulturlandschaft des Südlichen Kaiserstuhls. Dabei lassen die ständig wechselnden Untergründe in Form von Singletrails, Gras- und Feldwegen sowie Asphaltsträßchen im gesamten Tourenverlauf nie Langeweile aufkommen. Route: Gottenheim - auf Radwegen nach Bötzingen - Anstieg auf dem Knabenkrautpfad bis zum WP "Wächtelberg" - weiterer Anstieg über die WP "Fuchsbuck", "Endhahlen", "Rutzenhalde", "Tannenlochhütte" und "Robert-Meier-Hütte" zum Eichelspitzturm - sehr steile Abfahrt zum WP "Blassendobel" - auf dem Neunlindenpfad bis WP "Öhmdsmaatten" - weiter auf schönem Trail (Badbergpfad) über den Badberg nach Oberbergen - steiler Anstieg zum Scheibenbuck, danach ohne nennenswerten Höhenverlust zur Strümpflekopfhütte oberhalb Bickensohl - Abfahrt durch die Lößhohlweggasse nach Bickensohl - Anstieg über die Ensentalhütte zum WP "Bachenbrückle - Bitzenbühl - Anstieg zum Kreuzenbuck - Quertraverse zum Lenzenberg - auf Forstwegen zum Liliental - auf schönem Trail bis zum Schützenhaus Ihringen - auf Asphaltwegen zurück nach Gottenheim.
