Von Baiersbronn aus entlang des Forbachs über Friedrichstal und Christophstal nach Freudenstadt in Höhe des Schwimmbades Langenwaldsee.Über den Langenwaldsee nach Kniebis und über die konventionelle Strecke nach Mitteltal und zurück nach Baiersbronn zum Ausgangspunkt.
