Start- und Zielpunkt ist das Rathaus in Arnsberg-Neheim. Von dort aus geht es direkt recht steil in den Arnsberger Wald. Kurz nach dem ersten uphill-Trail hält man sich dort wo sich der Track selbst schneidet für die komplette Runde rechts oder kürzt nach links ab (-10km). Die Schleife beinhaltet kurze aber nette Trail-Abschnitte. Weiter geht´s dann über Trails nach Neheim und entlang der Möhne. Ein fieser Schnapper führt hoch zur Fürstenberg-Kapelle. Von dort geht ein Trail runter zu Haus Füchten. An Echthausen und dem Flugplatz Arnsberg-Menden vorbei geht´s dann über Trails und Forstautobahn Richtung Wildwald Voßwinkel. Die zweite Schleife des Tracks führt über einen Rundweg an der dicken Berta vorbei – eine geschätzt ca. 600 Jahre alte Eiche mit einem Stammumfang von ca. 5m. Wer die Schleife auslässt spart nochmal ca. 3km. Jetzt führt der Track durch den alten Wildwald und dann über Forstautobahn und kurze Trailabschnitte zurück zum Startpunkt. POIs: Ruhrtalgastronomie in Neheim, Fürstenberg Kapelle, Haus Füchten, Flugplatz Arnsberg-Menden, Wildwald Voßwinkel, Dicke Berta, Neheimer Freibad Die Trailabschnitte sind alle recht flowig im Schwierigkeitsgrad S0 bis S1 und damit auch für Einsteiger gut fahrbar. Insgesamt bitte auf den Trails (auch insbesondere im Bereich Neheim) immer vorausschauend fahren und jederzeit mit Wanderern, spielenden Kindern oder Hunden rechnen! Empfohlene Fahrtrichtung: gegen den Uhrzeigersinn Zusammensetzung Wegetypen: 60% Forstautobahn, 10% Asphalt/Radweg/Straße, 30% Trail Viel Spaß!

Start and end point is the town hall in Arnsberg-Neheim. From there it goes directly steep in the Arnsberg Forest. Shortly after the first uphill trail, keep to the place where the track intersects itself for the complete lap right or shortened left (-10km). The loop includes short but nice trail sections. Goes on & acute s then trails to Neheim and along the Mohne. A wicked snapper leads up to Fürstenberg Chapel. From there, a trail going down to the house Füchten. At Echthausen and the airfield Arnsberg Menden-passes & acute s then on trails and forest motorway towards wild forest Voßwinkel. The second loop of the track via a trail on the Big Bertha past & ndash; an estimated 600 year old oak tree with a trunk circumference of about 5m. Who misses the loop saves again about 3km. Now the track leads through the old wild forest and then on forest highway and short trail sections back to the starting point. POIs: Ruhr valley gastronomy in Neheim, Furstenberg chapel, house Füchten, airfield Arnsberg-Menden, wild forest Voßwinkel, Big Bertha, Neheimer pool The Trail sections are all quite flowig in difficulty S0 to S1 and thus also for beginners driveable. Overall, please click on the Trails (also especially in the area Neheim) always go ahead and always count walkers, children playing or dogs! Recommended direction: against the clockwise composition paths types: 60% forest highway, 10% pavement / cycle path / road, 30% trail and have fun!
