Stupenda escursione totalmente improvvisata di momento in momento. Alla fine del giro ci siamo accorti di aver percorso una escursione stupenda e decisamente "ardita" per le attuali condizioni meteo. Infatti i tratti asfaltati sono pochi e tutti di collegamento fra un single track e l'altro, fra un fuori pista e l'altro. I km finali non sono tantissimi anche se il dislivello è decisamente impegnativo.
Il tour è una stupenda circonvallazione dei monti Kanate e Santa Cristina. Questa volta l'itinerario è stato percorso in senso contrario al solito, ma ne valeva la pena.
Percorso impegnativo decisamente da provare. Stupendo come sempre il single track tra Besozzola e la fondo valle, e decisamente impegnativo il sentiero in salita tra Egola e la strada Pellegrino-Bore. Altri meravigliosi sentieri condiscono in meglio il tutto. "da provare"!!!
Buone pedalate! Da Milano o da Bologna
Percorrere l'autostrada del Sole A1 fino all'uscita di Fidenza/Salsomaggiore Terme, si prosegue seguendo la direzione Fidenza/Fontanellato/Salsomaggiore Terme.
Da Brescia o da Genova
Dall'autostrada A21, continuare sull'autostrada del SOle A1 fino all'uscita di Fidenza/Salsomaggiore Terme, si prosegue seguendo le indicazioni prima per Fidenza e poi per Salsomaggiore Terme.
Da La Spezia
Percorrere l'autostrada della Cisa A15, uscire al casello Parma Ovest, seguire le indicazioni per Noceto, Fidenza, Salsomaggiore Terme.
Da Parma
Percorrere la "Via Emilia" SS 9 seguendo le indicazioni per Ponte Taro, Noceto, Fidenza, Salsomaggiore Terme.
Treno/Bus
In treno
Dalla stazione di Fidenza (distante 9,5 km circa dalla stazione di Salsomaggiore), servita dalla linea Milano - Bologna, prendere la linea per Salsomaggiore Terme.

Superb hiking totally improvised from moment to moment. At the end of the tour we realized we'd come a hike gorgeous and very "daring" to the current weather conditions. In fact, the asphalt are few and all connection between a single track and the other, between an off-track and the other. The final kilometers are not many though the difference is very challenging.
The tour is a wonderful ring of mountains Kanate and Santa Cristina. This time the route has been traversed in the opposite direction to usual, but it was worth it.
Demanding route definitely worth trying. Superb as always the single track between Besozzola and the bottom of the valley, and very challenging trail uphill and the road between Egola Pellegrino-Bore. Other wonderful trails for the better seasoned it all. "Try" !!!

Take the A1 motorway and exit at Fidenza / Salsomaggiore Terme, continue in the direction Fidenza / Fontanellato / Salsomaggiore Terme.
From Brescia and Genoa
Dall ' A21, continue on the A1 until the exit of Fidenza / Salsomaggiore Terme, continue following signs for Fidenza first and then to Salsomaggiore Terme.
